Pastor Williams received his early education in North Little Rock. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Arkansas University with a Major in Business Management and a Minor in Finance. He is currently employed as Coordinator with the Upward Bound Program at South Arkansas Community College. He served as deacon and associate minister of Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church, El Dorado, and former pastor of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, Strong and Vice Moderator with the Friendship Baptist Association. Pastor Williams is certified trainer in Evangelism Explosion. Pastor Williams is married to the former Diane Small of Saginaw, Michigan. Sister Williams has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from South Arkansas Community College and Bachelor Degree in General Studies with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education from Southern Arkansas University. Sister Williams is employed as Pre-School Teacher with FACT, Inc. The Williams have 4 children, Daphne, Ebony, Corey, and Kingston.
